The location near the cathedral was AMAZING 😊! Our Deluxe Room was gorgeous and spacious. But the bathtub was super slippery, which was scary to deal with after a nice soak.

cluttered wardrobe

absolutely shocking experience. my reservation was lost in their system, how unprofessional! plus, my room had an open wardrobe, talk about cluttered. One would think I’d at least get a complimentary drink for my troubles, but I guess that’s asking too much. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. very disappointed.

Leonor The Place To Live was a wonderful experience. The hotel's beautiful modern design, coupled with convenient amenities like Nespresso coffee in the rooms, made my stay enjoyable. The staff was accommodating, particularly during our room change due to unexpected steps, and they assisted with luggage. Breakfast was a highlight, and the location was excellent, easily walkable to major attractions and close to transport options.

This was an appropriate option for a city break in Strasbourg with good value. The breakfast had a nice variety of options which added a wonderful start to our mornings. Avoid rooms near the courtyard if you’re sensitive to noise.

Great value for a comfy stay

Had a nice overnight visit. The room was super spacious and very clean with a comfy bed. The bar area was chill, perfect for grabbing a drink. Just wish breakfast wasn’t so crowded, it felt like a battle to find a seat, and the coffee wasn’t anything to write home about.
